Makeup policy

• Late cancelation (less than 24 hours notice) cannot be made up - No Exeptions.
• Lesson canceled by students with 24 hours notice will be escheduled up to three times per semester.
• When the lesson is canceled due to a student's illness (with doctor's note), make up will be arrange up to twice per semester.
• All make up should be delivered within the same term and cannot be transferred or credited. Any unused lessons will be forfeited after each semester - No Exceptions.

Withdrawals & Refund 

• Withdrawal requests must be delivered to Ms. Hannah in writing two weeks before the effective date.
• Verbal notifications or missed classes are unacceptable forms of notification of intent to withdraw.​

Students Commitment

• Lesson starts ON TIME. Please arrive 5 minitues before the lesson time. 
• Students must practice regulary at least 30 minutes (beginner level) and 60 minitues (intermidiate and advanced level) for five days a week.
• ​Parents are responsible for supervising and helping students to complete weekly assignments.
